ACCREDITATION
Accreditation is a quality assurance process in which a higher education institution or an academic unit within an institution voluntarily submits to an external and independent evaluation of its educational activities.
Programme accreditation by the European Association of MBA is mission and outcomes based and involves an independent external evaluation of the corporate programmes offered by the academic business unit of the institution. The effectiveness of the academic business unit is evaluated by reviewing the educational processes related to teaching and learning in the institution and by assessing the outcomes of the teaching and learning process.
Collaboration with colleges, universities and other higher education institutions to recognize excellence in business education.
Our philosophy is that academic quality and excellence in business education should be measured in terms of the learning outcomes of the academic business unit in relation to its mission rather than by normative standards related to academic resources. This emphasis on mission-related outcomes underpins the entire EAMBA quality assurance and accreditation process.
Any academic unit (department, division, school, college, school of business, etc.) whose parent institution awards business degrees at the associate, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral level may apply for EAMBA accreditation.
